IMPLICATIONS OF DIVERSITY SOCIO-CULTURAL

Socio-cultural differences and diversity is difficult to doubt in a country like Malaysia which is born of the multi-ethnic communities. Each ethnic bring different sociocultural inherited from earlier ancestors.
Sociocultural diversity in a pluralistic society system in this country has a direct effect on the development of the education system. Beliefs and way of life are also taken by students in the class and it greatly influenced the climate and culture in the classroom.
                 Therefore, teachers should be aware that students are different, awareness of cultural diversity is very important for teachers to be able to provide a balanced education. It will also erode prejudices of teachers in addressing the socio-cultural diversity of students .So, cooperation is important to everybody.
